Create a new virtual machine to serve as a pxe boot server, using the instructions at https://www.tecmint.com/install-pxe-network-boot-server-in-centos-7/

1/ Create a VM - done - pxe.evatt.ingenious.com.au
172.23.0.64

This is currently an F41 instance - update to F42
